This forms a contract between International Golf Travel Ltd and you, the client, and all members of the party named in said form. However, the content of our terms and conditions applies to each individual passenger. By entering into this contract, every passenger has a responsibility to pay any deposit and the full cost when due. If you fail to make due payments, we are entitled to terminate the contract. We may levy interest on all monies due at a rate of 4% per year on overdue payments.
